Hvannasund
Hvannasund is located on Vidoy’s west coast. It faces Norddepil on Bordoy and a dam connects these two villages.
In Fossa north of Hvannasund there is a cracked rock called ‘Skrudhettan’. Tradition says that it broke the very moment Christ was born.
